Common problems

No outdoor sensor reception

Relocate units within 330 ft (100 m), ensure they are 3 ft away from electronics, and verify battery type (use alkaline, not heavy-duty).

Outdoor temperature flashing or showing dashes

Indicates wireless interference. Remove batteries from both units, ensure A-B-C switches match, reinstall batteries, and place units near each other for a few minutes.

Inaccurate forecast

The unit requires a 33-day learning period for full accuracy. Do not reset the unit during this time.
