This manual provides essential instructions for the safe installation, operation, and maintenance of your Amica 2022C(GX) series cooker. Before first use, ensure the appliance is properly installed by a qualified electrician, remove all packaging, and perform the initial heating procedure: heat the oven to 250°C for 30 minutes and heat the hob zones for 4 minutes without a pan.
Description of the appliance
The cooker features a ceramic hob with multiple heating zones, an oven with various heating functions, and an electronic programmer for timing. Control knobs are located on the front panel for both the hob and the oven.

Installation
The appliance must be installed in a worktop with a thickness of 28-40 mm. Ensure the kitchen area is well-ventilated. The installation requires a gasket to be applied to the hob before fitting it into the worktop cutout. Electrical connection must be performed by a qualified professional according to the provided wiring diagrams (1-phase, 2-phase, or 3-phase).

Operation
The electronic programmer must be set to the current time before the oven can be used. You can set a kitchen timer, timed operation (automatic switch-off), or delayed timed operation. The oven offers various functions, including rapid preheating, grill, and ECO heating. The ceramic hob zones are controlled by turning the knobs to the desired heat level.
Cleaning and maintenance
Regular cleaning is essential for the longevity of the cooker. Use a special scraper for the ceramic hob to remove stubborn spills. The oven can be cleaned using the Steam Cleaning function: pour 250ml of water into a bowl on the first level, set the oven to 50°C for 30 minutes, then wipe clean. The oven door and inner glass panels can be removed for thorough cleaning.

Troubleshooting
If the appliance does not work, check the household fuse box. If the programmer display shows 0:00, reset the current time. If the oven light fails, tighten or replace the bulb.
