Important Information

This unit uses flammable refrigerant. Repairs must only be performed by trained service personnel. Do not puncture refrigerant tubing. If the unit has been transported on its side, allow it to stand for at least 24 hours before plugging it in.

Installation Guidelines

Surface: Install on a strong, level surface to prevent noise and malfunction.
Clearance: Maintain at least 4 inches of clearance at the back and 3 inches around all louvered or vented panels for proper airflow.
Environment: Use indoors in a well-ventilated area. Avoid high humidity, dusty areas, and locations near heat-generating equipment.
Shelving: Ensure shelf lips are facing up towards the rear of the cabinet to promote airflow.

Electrical Requirements

Plug into a grounded, properly-sized electrical outlet with overcurrent protection.
Use a dedicated outlet for the unit.
Do not use extension cords.

Temperature Controls

The unit is factory-set to cycle between 33°F and 40°F. To adjust the minimum temperature:

Hold the "SET" button for 1 second until the display flashes.
Use the arrow buttons to adjust the desired minimum temperature.
Press "SET" again to save the settings.

Note: The cabinet temperature will fluctuate up to +7 degrees over the set minimum as the compressor cycles.

Loading Product

Ensure all shelf clips are fastened and shelves are level.
Leave 2 to 4 inches of space between the back wall and stored product to maintain airflow.
Blocking evaporator fans can lead to compressor failure.
For prep units, keep pans in place even if empty. Close the insulated lid when not in use.

Maintenance

Condenser Coil: Clean at least once per month using a commercial condenser coil cleaner. Brush fins from top to bottom.
Interior: Use warm water and mild soap. Do not use steel wool, abrasive cleaners, or bleach.
Gaskets: Wash door gaskets weekly in warm soapy water, dry, and replace.
