  4. Turn the Temperature Control to the desired temperature.
  5. Preheat for 15 to 20 minutes.
  6. Place the Roasting Rack into the pan, add food, and cover with the lid.
  7. When finished, turn the Temperature Control to MIN and unplug the unit.

Keep Warm Setting: Use this setting to maintain a low heat for food until you are ready to serve.
