This roaster oven is designed for indoor use only. Always use the provided removable roasting pan; never cook directly in the roaster oven body. Ensure the unit is placed on a dry, stable, level surface with at least 6 inches of clearance on all sides. During initial use, some smoke or odor may occur; this is normal and will not recur.

Safety Instructions

Operation
Using the Roaster Oven:

- Place the Removable Roasting Pan into the Roaster Oven Body.
- Place the lid on the roaster.
- Ensure the Temperature Control is set to MIN, then plug the cord into a 120V AC outlet.
- Turn the Temperature Control to the desired temperature.
- Preheat for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Place the Roasting Rack into the pan, add food, and cover with the lid.
- When finished, turn the Temperature Control to MIN and unplug the unit.
Keep Warm Setting: Use this setting to maintain a low heat for food until you are ready to serve.
Defrost Setting: This feature allows you to roast frozen turkeys. Preheat on DEFROST for 15-20 minutes, place the turkey on the rack, and follow the specific temperature and time guidelines provided in the manual's defrost chart.
