This trampoline is designed for fitness and endurance exercises. It supports a maximum user weight of 150 kg. The handlebar height is adjustable to three levels: 110 cm, 118 cm, and 126 cm.

Assembly instructions
Step 1: Frame setup
Take out the main frame and unfold it.

Step 2: Leg installation
Fix the six legs into the main frame.
Step 3: Handlebar assembly
Flip the trampoline to its normal position. Remove the screws from the handlebar base and attach the base to the main frame. Insert the middle section of the handlebar into the base and secure it with the switch. Finally, fix the top part of the handlebar onto the middle section.

Usage and exercises
The trampoline can be used for various exercises to increase lower limb strength and coordination, including:
- Bounces: Keep legs together and bounce, staying low.
- Jumping Jacks: Perform jumping jacks for an energy boost.
- Crossover Jacks: Jump and cross arms and legs midair, switching sides on each jump.
- Squats: Squat with arms stretched in front and thighs parallel to the trampoline, then stand up quickly.
Safety precautions
- No flips: Do not attempt somersaults or flips.
- One user: Only one person on the trampoline at a time.
- Restrictions: Do not use if pregnant or injured.
- Preparation: Remove all hard and sharp objects before jumping.
- Environment: Ensure a minimum clearance of 3m from the ground to the top and 1.8m on all sides.
Maintenance
Keep the trampoline covered when stored outside to prevent weather damage. Perform daily inspections before use:
- Check legs for proper attachment or cracks.
- Inspect springs for looseness or damage.
- Check the mat for tears or worn stitching.
- Inspect the frame for sagging or cracks.
