Quick Guide and Important Information

The Belleze Avenue Entertainment Center with Fireplace (014-HG-41895) requires approximately 90 minutes for assembly. It is essential to have two people for the assembly process. Before starting, ensure you have all components and hardware laid out on a flat, protected surface (such as a carpet or empty carton) to prevent damage.

Weight and Size Limitations:

• Top Panel: Maximum load 70 lb.
• Middle Panel: Maximum load 50 lb.
• Storage Shelf: Maximum load 30 lb.
• Television: Recommended maximum width is 75 inches. Designed for flat panel TVs only.

Safety Warnings

• Keep children and pets away from the assembly area to avoid choking hazards from small parts or suffocation from plastic packaging.
• The furniture must be permanently fixed to a wall stud using the included anti-tipping device to prevent tipping, which could cause serious or fatal crushing injuries.
• Do not climb, step on, or place overweighted objects on the product.
• Ensure the product is fully assembled before use.

Assembly Instructions

The assembly process involves 26 steps, starting with the base and moving upwards to the top panel and fireplace installation.

• Base Assembly: Attach cam bolts to the bottom and base panels. Assemble the short base panels between the long base panels using wood dowels and cam locks.
• Main Structure: Assemble side and medial panels onto the bottom panel. Slide the back panels into the stand.
• Top Section: Attach stud bolts and spacers to the top panel. Install the power hub to the middle panel.
• Final Assembly: Secure the middle panel onto the stand. Attach cabinet doors and adjust hinges as needed.
• Fireplace Installation: Set the fireplace unit into the mantel opening, center it, and secure it with screws. Place decorative crystals/rocks inside.
• Finishing: Snap the front glass panel onto the fireplace. Attach anti-tipping straps to the wall.

Care and Maintenance

To ensure the longevity of your furniture:

• Tighten all bolts and screws again within the first 2 weeks of assembly.
• Check the tightness of all bolts every 2 months and tighten if necessary.
• Clean the MDF surface with a lightly dampened cloth. A small amount of mild soap may be used if necessary.
• Dry the surface immediately after cleaning. Do not use bleach or alcohol.
• Do not apply wood treatment to MDF parts.
