This document provides essential instructions for the Belleze 36-inch Electric Fireplace Insert (Model 050-HA-50336). Before use, ensure the unit is placed on a flat surface, kept away from water, and plugged directly into a grounded wall outlet. The unit requires two people for assembly and installation into a mantel.
Safety and Warnings

- Clearance: Keep combustible materials (furniture, pillows, bedding, curtains) at least 3 feet (0.9 m) away from the front, sides, and rear of the heater.
- Electrical: Connect only to a properly grounded wall outlet. Do not use extension cords or power strips.
- Environment: Do not use in bathrooms, laundry areas, or outdoors.
- Operation: Do not cover the power cord or run it under carpeting. Always unplug the unit when not in use.
- Overheating: The unit features a built-in thermostat limiter that cuts power if the internal temperature becomes too high.
Installation
The fireplace insert is designed to be installed from the back of the fireplace mantel.


- Set the unit from the back of the mantel and center it in the opening.
- Check the alignment.
- Attach the unit to the mantel by inserting screws through the pre-drilled holes on the mantel.
- Do not attempt to install the unit from the front of the mantel.
Control Panel and Remote
The control panel is located on the top right corner of the unit. Functions include:

- Power Button: Turns the unit on and off.
- Flame Control: Adjusts flame brightness levels. Long press for 5 seconds to toggle fire crackling sound.
- Heater Control: Turns the heater on and off. Press and hold for 5 seconds to enter temperature adjustment mode (11 settings: 64°F - 82°F / 18°C - 27°C).
- Timer Control: Sets the timer from 1 to 8 hours in 1-hour intervals.
- Lock Function: Press and hold the heater control button for 10 seconds to lock/unlock the heater function. The ember bed will flash 6 times to confirm.
- Temperature Unit: Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds to switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius.
Remote Control Battery
The remote requires 2 AAA batteries (not included). Ensure correct polarity when installing, with the negative end against the spring.

Troubleshooting
- E1: Heater is overheating. Call customer service.
- E2: NTC is defective. Call customer service.
- E3: Heat is not working. Ensure vents are not clogged, unplug for 5 minutes, then restart. If the issue persists, contact customer service.
Care and Maintenance
Always turn off and unplug the unit before cleaning. Wait for it to cool down. Use a vacuum cleaner or duster to remove accumulated dust. Clean the surface with a lightly dampened cloth or soft brush. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
