This assembly requires 2 people and approximately 90 minutes to complete. Ensure you have a flat surface, such as a carpet or rug, to prevent scratches during assembly. The unit supports a maximum load of 80 lb on the top panel and 30 lb on the storage shelves. It is designed for flat panel TVs with a maximum width of 70 inches.

Assembly Preparation

Before starting, lay out all components and hardware separately. Ensure no parts are missing or damaged. Hand-tighten all hardware; do not over-tighten to avoid damaging the product. Keep small components, plastic bags, and packaging film away from children and pets to prevent choking or suffocation hazards.

Assembly Steps

The assembly process involves 37 steps, including:

• Base Assembly: Attaching cam bolts and wood dowels to base panels, then assembling the base structure.
• Cabinet Structure: Assembling medial panels, support strips, and side panels to the center panel.
• Back Panels: Sliding in back panels between side and medial panels.
• Top Panel: Attaching the top panel to the cabinet assembly.
• Doors: Attaching hinges and handles to the cabinet doors, then mounting them to the cabinet.
• Fireplace Installation: Centering the fireplace unit in the mantel opening and securing it with screws.
• Anti-Tipping: Permanently fixing the cabinet to the wall using the provided anti-tipping straps.

Door Adjustment

If the cabinet doors are misaligned, use the hinge adjustments:

• Up and down: Loosen screws on the mounting plate.
• In and out: Loosen screws on the hinge arm.
• Side to side: Use the front adjustment screw on the hinge.

Care and Maintenance

Clean the MDF surface with a lightly dampened cloth. A small amount of mild soap may be used if necessary. Dry the surface immediately after cleaning. Do not use bleach or alcohol, and do not apply wood treatment. Tighten all bolts and screws within the first 2 weeks of assembly, and check the tightness every 2 months.
