Quick Guide

This fireplace heater is designed for indoor use. Before operating, ensure the unit is placed on a flat surface or mounted securely to a wall. Keep combustible materials at least 3 feet (0.9m) away from the unit. The heater features a control panel and remote control for adjusting heat, flame effects, and timer settings.

  • Do not use outdoors.
  • Keep away from water: Do not use in bathrooms, laundry areas, or near bathtubs.
  • Clearance: Keep furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes, and curtains at least 3ft (0.9m) from the front and sides.
  • Power: Connect to a properly grounded outlet only. Do not use extension cords or power strips.
  • Overheating: The unit has an internal thermostat limiter. If it overheats, it will cut off power.

Table Top Installation

  1. Attach the table top supports to the underside of the heater using the provided screws.
  2. Place the decorative crystals inside the heater.
  3. Attach the glass front panel to the heater.
  4. Secure the glass front panel with the provided screws.

Wall Mounting

  1. Remove the mounting bracket from the back of the heater.
  2. Attach the mounting bracket to the wall using screws and anchors (if not mounting directly to studs).
  3. Mount the heater onto the bracket.
  4. Place decorative crystals inside the heater.
  5. Attach and secure the glass front panel.

Operation

Control Panel

The control panel is located on the top right corner of the unit. Touch any button to wake it up.

  • Power: Turns the unit on/off.
  • Heat: Enables heat function. Press repeatedly to set temperature (64°F to 82°F / 18°C to 27°C). Hold for 10 seconds to lock/unlock heat function.
  • Flame: Cycles through color rotation and 15 color options.
  • Ember Bed: Cycles through color rotation and 15 color options for the ember bed.
  • Brightness: Adjusts brightness of flame and ember bed (L1-L5/d1-d5).
  • Timer: Cycles from 1H to 9H and off.

Remote Control

The remote control offers the same functions as the control panel, with an additional Speed button to adjust flame effect speed. Requires 2 AAA batteries.

Troubleshooting

  • E1: Heater is overheating. Call Customer Service.
  • E2: NTC is defective. Call Customer Service.
  • E3: Heat is not working. Ensure vents are not clogged. Unplug for 5 minutes, then restart. If the issue persists, contact support.

Maintenance

  • Always turn off and unplug the unit before cleaning.
  • Wait for the unit to cool down.
  • Remove dust with a vacuum or duster.
  • Clean surfaces with a lightly dampened cloth or soft brush.
  • Do not use abrasive cleaners.
