This guide covers the installation and operation of the Belleze 18-inch Insert Fireplace Heater. The unit requires 2 people for assembly and should be installed into a mantel from the back. Always ensure the unit is plugged into a properly grounded wall outlet and keep combustible materials at least 3 feet away.
Safety Warnings

- Do not use outdoors.
- Do not use in bathrooms or laundry areas where it may fall into water.
- Do not run the power cord under carpeting or cover it with rugs.
- Always plug directly into a wall outlet. Do not use extension cords or power strips.
- Do not use on soft surfaces like beds, as this may block air openings.

Assembly
Assembly takes approximately 15 minutes and requires 2 people. Assemble the unit on a soft surface like a carpet or rug to prevent scratches. Keep children and pets away from the assembly area. Lay out all components and hardware before starting.


Installation: Set the unit from the back of the fireplace mantel and center it in the opening. Attach the unit to the mantel by inserting screws through the drilled holes on the mantel. Do not attempt to install from the front.
Control Panel & Remote
The control panel is located on the top right corner of the unit. The remote control functions mirror the control panel buttons.


- Power Button: Turns the unit on and off.
- Flame Control: Adjusts flame brightness (4 levels + off).
- Heater Control: Turns the heater on and off.
- Timer Control: Sets timer from 1 to 8 hours in 1-hour intervals.
- Temperature Control: Adjusts temperature settings (11 settings, 64°F - 82°F / 18°C - 27°C).
Operation
Temperature Adjustment: When the heater is ON, press and hold the heater control button for 5 seconds (on the panel) or use the temperature control button (on the remote) to adjust settings.
Lock Function: Press and hold the heater control button for 10 seconds to lock/unlock the heater function. The ember bed will flash 6 times to confirm.
Changing Temperature Unit: While in heat mode, press and hold the power button for 5 seconds to switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius.
Troubleshooting
If the unit malfunctions, check the following error codes:
- E1: Heater is overheating. Contact customer service.
- E2: NTC is defective. Contact customer service.
- E3: Heat is not working. Ensure vents are not clogged, unplug the unit for 5 minutes, then restart. If the issue persists, contact customer service.
Care & Maintenance
Always turn off and unplug the unit before cleaning. Wait for it to cool down. Remove dust with a vacuum or duster. Clean surfaces with a lightly dampened cloth or soft brush. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
