This fireplace heater is designed for indoor use. Assembly requires two people. Before operating, ensure the unit is plugged into a properly grounded wall outlet and that all air intake and exhaust vents are free from obstructions. Keep combustible materials at least 3 feet (0.9 m) away from the unit.
Safety Precautions

- Do not use the heater outdoors, in bathrooms, or in laundry areas.
- Always plug the heater directly into a wall outlet; do not use extension cords or power strips.
- Do not cover the power cord with rugs or run it under carpeting.
- The unit features a thermostat limiter that cuts power if overheating occurs.
- Do not insert foreign objects into ventilation openings.
- Keep children and pets away from the unit while in operation.
Assembly
The unit requires two people for assembly. Assemble the fireplace on a soft surface like a carpet or rug to prevent scratches. Insert the unit from the back of the fireplace mantel and center it in the opening. Secure the unit to the mantel using the provided screws through the drilled holes. Do not attempt to install from the front.

Controls and Operation
The fireplace can be operated via the control panel on the top right corner or the included remote control. The remote control has an effective range of 6 meters.

- Power: Turn the unit on or off. The unit remembers the last setting used.
- Flame Control: Adjust flame colors (1 rotation option, 7 solid colors).
- Ember Bed Brightness: Adjust brightness levels from L1 to L5.
- Heater Control: Turn the heater on/off and adjust temperature (64°F - 82°F / 18°C - 27°C).
- Timer: Set from 1 to 9 hours in 1-hour intervals.
- Lock Function: Press and hold the heater control button for 10 seconds to lock/unlock (not available via remote).
- Speed Control: Adjust flame speed from P1 to P5.
- Sound Control: Toggle fire crackling sound effect.
Troubleshooting
If the unit malfunctions, check the following error codes:
- E1: Heater is overheating. Contact customer service.
- E2: NTC is defective. Contact customer service.
- E3: Heater is not working. Ensure vents are not clogged, unplug the unit for 5 minutes, then restart. If the issue persists, contact customer service.
Care and Maintenance
Always turn off and unplug the unit before cleaning. Allow it to cool down completely. Remove dust with a vacuum or duster. Clean surfaces with a lightly dampened cloth or soft brush. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
