The BN-LINK 159WT Smart Wifi Power Strip allows you to control connected devices remotely via the BN-LINK Smart app. Before starting, ensure you have a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network available, as 5GHz networks are not supported. The device features surge protection and individual control for outlets.


App Installation and Setup
1. Download the BN-LINK Smart app from the App Store or Google Play Store.

2. Register an account using your email address or phone number and verify your account.
3. Plug the smart power strip into a live outlet.
Wi-Fi Connection Modes
Easy Mode (Recommended): The blue indicator light blinks rapidly (twice a second). If it does not, press the On/Off button to reset. In the app, tap the '+' symbol, select 'Socket (wifi)', and follow the on-screen instructions.

AP Mode: If Easy Mode fails, hold the power button for about 7 seconds until the indicator light blinks slowly (once every 2 seconds). In the app, select 'Other Mode' in the top right corner, choose 'AP Mode', and connect your phone to the Wi-Fi hotspot named 'BN-LINK Smart-xxx'.
Smart Home Integration
Amazon Alexa: Open the Alexa app, go to 'Skills & Games', search for 'BN-LINK Smart', and enable the skill. Log in with your BN-LINK Smart account to authorize the connection. Ensure device names are unique and recognizable.


Google Home: Open the Google Home app, select 'Setup device', then 'Works with Google'. Search for 'BN-LINK Smart' and link your account. Follow the prompts to assign the device to a room.
Troubleshooting
- Connection Fails: Ensure your phone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. Try both Easy and AP modes. Reset the device if necessary.
- Voice Control Issues: Ensure the device is connected in the BN-LINK Smart app first. Check that the device name is unique and not repetitive.
- Device Offline: Check for Wi-Fi interruptions. If the problem persists, reset the device and re-add it in the app.
Safety and Maintenance
This device is for indoor use only. Keep it dry and away from extreme environments. Do not exceed the 15A electrical rating. Do not attempt to disassemble the device.
