This manual provides instructions for the Buffalo 17L 1800W Commercial Programmable Microwave Oven. It covers safety, installation, operation, programming, and maintenance. Always ensure the oven is placed on a flat, stable surface and that ventilation requirements are met.

Installation
For sufficient ventilation, allow a minimum of 30cm of space above the oven, 10cm at the back and right side. The left side must be open. Do not cover or block any openings on the appliance, or remove the feet. A maximum of 2 appliances can be stacked together using the provided mounting plates.


Operation Modes
Idle Mode: The oven enters this mode after a set time in Ready Mode. The display shows 'E'.

Ready Mode: The oven is ready to begin a manual or preset cooking cycle. 'READY' is shown on the display.
Manual Cook Mode: Press the 'TIME ENTRY' button, set the time using number buttons, press 'POWER LEVEL', set the power level (default 100%), and press 'START' to begin.
Preset Program Cook Mode: In Ready Mode, press a number button to run a preset program.
Defrost Function: In Ready Mode, press 'DEFROST', set the time, and press 'START'. Default power is 20%.
Programming Mode: Open the door, press and hold number button '1' for 5 seconds. Select a number button to program, set the time, set the power level, and press 'START' to save.
Stage Cooking: Allows cooking at different power levels in up to three stages. After setting the first stage, press 'TIME ENTRY' to set the next stage, then press 'START' to save.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Always switch off and disconnect the power supply before cleaning. Clean the door frame, seal, and interior regularly. Use a mild detergent and a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive powders or pads. The oil baffle and filter are removable for cleaning.
