The Camry CR 4481 is an ice cream maker designed for home use. It allows you to prepare sorbets and ice cream by mixing ingredients and freezing them. The device features two modes: HARD (for firm ice cream) and SOFT (for softer ice cream). Preparation time varies between 0.5 and 2 hours depending on the ingredients and ambient temperature.

Usage
- Wash the inside of the appliance and the cover before first use.
- Connect the power supply to the machine and then to the power outlet. The STOP button will light up.
- Prepare your mixture: For sorbet, use 200 ml of concentrated fruit juice. For ice cream, mix 2 eggs (yolks and whites), 150 ml of cream, 50 ml of milk, sugar or honey, and optional flavorings like fruit, coffee, or chocolate.
- Pour the mixed ingredients into the mixing chamber (7).
- Assemble the cover with the mixer as shown in the diagram. Place the cover on the body of the device and turn it to lock it.
- Select the desired consistency using the buttons (10): HARD (hard frozen) or SOFT (low frozen). The unit will start working.
- The device will signal when the ice cream is ready with an audible beep.
- To stop the machine manually, press the STOP button (10).
- Once finished, unplug the unit, open the cover, and empty the mixing chamber.
Cleaning
- Always disconnect the device from the power supply before cleaning.
- Wipe the outside of the unit with a damp cloth.
- Clean the mixing chamber and the inside of the lid with a cloth and dishwashing liquid.
