Important information about the warranty

This document outlines the 10-year limited warranty provided by Palram Canopia for their products. The warranty covers defects in material or workmanship for a period of 10 years from the original date of purchase. To remain valid, the product must be installed, handled, cleaned, and maintained strictly in accordance with the written specifications provided by Canopia.

Warranty coverage

The warranty guarantees that the product will be free from defects in material or workmanship for 10 years. If a defect is confirmed, Canopia will, at its sole discretion, either replace the defective parts or refund a prorated portion of the purchase price based on a straight-line depreciation method.

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover defects resulting from normal wear and tear or improper use. Specific exclusions include:

• Damage caused by use of force, incorrect handling, or inappropriate use.
• Negligence, accidents, or impact from foreign objects.
• Vandalism, pollutants, alteration, or painting.
• Damage resulting from cleaning with incompatible detergents.
• Minor deviations of the product.
• Damage resulting from "acts of Nature," including but not limited to hail, storm, tornado, hurricane, blizzard, flood, or fire.

How to make a claim

To initiate a warranty claim, you must:

1. Report the failure in writing within 30 days after the discovery of the defect.
