Quick Guide
The Cell2 Raiden DC Lightbar is an automotive lighting system controlled via specific function wires. All input function wires are activated by applying +VDC continuously. The system supports various modes including Warning Modes, Traffic Arrow, Wig-Wag, and Cut-offs. Proper installation requires a solid understanding of automotive electronics.
Installation
Follow these steps to install the lightbar:
- Power Connection: Route power wires to the vehicle battery, preferably using a factory pass-through.
- Fusing: Install a user-supplied fuse on the RED wire. Refer to the lightbar specifications for the correct rating.
- Grounding: Connect the BLACK wire to the vehicle chassis-ground near the battery. Ensure all power cable wires are firmly connected.
- CANBus: Route CAN wires to the CAN Controller Module and connect the 2 CANBus signal and Shield wires to the 6-pin connector harness.
Wiring and Functions
The lightbar uses an 18-pin connector harness for function wires. When multiple wires are activated simultaneously, the wire with the higher precedence (P1 being the highest) overrides the others.
Input Functions
- Warning Modes: Activated by GREEN-WHT (ECE R65), YELLOW-WHT (Mode 2), or ORANGE-WHT (Mode 1).
- Traffic Arrow: Controlled by WHITE (Left), WHITE-BLK (Right), or both (Centre-out).
- Cut-offs: PURPLE-WHT (Front), BLUE-WHT (Rear), and ORANGE (Corner) deactivate lightheads in specific areas.
- Other: Includes Cruise Mode (RED-WHT), Full Front Flood (YELLOW), Take-Down Lights (PURPLE), Alley Lights (GREEN/BLUE), and Flashing Take-Down & Alley (GREY).
Output Functions
- BROWN-WHT: Warning Mode Signal for external apparatus like Siren Interlock.
- BROWN: Control Panel Signal Indicator for display input.
Programming
The lightbar can be customized using the RAIDEN Lightbar Configuration Tool. This software allows users to adjust flash patterns, light sensor dimming values, wire precedence, and output signals. The software can be downloaded from https://service.juluen.com.tw/Utility.
Safety Warnings
- Do not use the power wire as the activation switch; use only the designated function wires.
- Ensure power wires are properly connected before activating any function wires.
- Do not use a high-pressure power washer to clean the lightbar, as this may damage the unit and void the warranty.
- Faulty connections may cause the lightbar to malfunction or reset to default settings.

Practical help
Common problems
Ensure all power wires are properly connected before activating any function wires.
Check the fuse on the RED wire and verify the BLACK wire is securely connected to the vehicle chassis-ground.
Before use
- Determine and configure required functions prior to installation.
- Install a user-supplied fuse on the RED power wire.
- Ensure all power wires are firmly connected to the power source.
- Verify the vehicle chassis-ground connection is secure.
- Route CAN wires to the CAN Controller Module.
Specs in practice
- Function Wires (Input)
- Activated by applying +VDC continuously.
- Precedence [Px]
- When multiple wires are activated, the wire with the lowest number (P1) takes priority.
- BROWN-WHT Wire
- Provides a 250mA output signal when warning modes are active.
Model compatibility
- Requires understanding of automotive electronics.
- Dual color lightheads will display Color 2 for specific functions.
