The Chefman 2-in-1 Buffet Server + Warming Tray is designed to keep already-cooked food warm for parties and events. It is not a cooking appliance and should not be used to reheat or defrost food. The unit features an adjustable temperature range and includes three removable warming pans.

The unit consists of a stainless-steel surface, cool-touch handles, a temperature control dial, and a power indicator light. It comes with three removable stainless-steel warming pans and three clear lids.

Operating Instructions
Before First Use:
- Remove all packing materials and stickers.
- Wipe the stainless-steel surface with a damp cloth or paper towel. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
- Wash the warming pans and lids in warm, soapy water or the top rack of a dishwasher.
- Dry all parts thoroughly.
How to Use:
- Place the warming tray on a flat, sturdy, heat-resistant surface with at least 8 inches of clearance around the unit.
- Plug in the unit and use the temperature control dial to select the desired temperature (140°F–185°F). The power indicator light will illuminate.
- Once the unit reaches the set temperature, the light will turn off (you may hear an audible click). The light will cycle on and off to maintain the temperature.
- Place the warming pan frame on the surface, then insert the warming pans.
- When finished, turn the dial to the off position and unplug the unit. Allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
Cleaning and Maintenance
- The warming tray itself is NOT dishwasher safe. Wipe it down with a mild soap and damp cloth.
- Never immerse the warming tray, power cord, or plug in water or any other liquid.
- The warming pans and lids are top-rack dishwasher safe.
- Store in a cool, dry place once completely dry.
Safety Precautions
- Do not touch hot surfaces; use oven mitts.
- Do not use outdoors.
- Do not place on or near hot gas or electric burners, or in a heated oven.
- Do not leave the unit unattended while in use.
- Do not cover the surfaces of the warming tray.
