The CLAS 0053BL is an electrical wire reel designed for wall or post mounting. It features a 10-meter cable with a 3x1.5mm² specification. The unit must be installed horizontally or vertically on a solid surface such as cement or steel. For optimal use, it is recommended to mount the reel approximately 1 meter above the ground.

Parts List

- 1: Hose reel
- 2: Metal bracket
- 3: 6*60mm screws
- 4: 6*12mm screw
Installation
The reel must be installed on a solid structure like a cement pillar, cement wall, or steel structure.

- Take out the unit and accessories from the box.
- Choose a suitable location.
- Use the mounting bracket as a template to mark the position for screws and drill four holes on the wall (see Fig. 1).
- Fix the bracket securely using the four 6*60mm screws.
- Slide the reel onto the mounting bracket and fasten it using the 6*12mm screw (see Fig. 3).
Note: The reel must be installed horizontally on a wall or post.
Operation
Connecting: Connect the supply hose to an outlet and turn on the switch.
Unwinding: Pull the cable out to the desired length. Stop pulling after you hear a click to lock the cable in place.
Retracting: To roll up the hose, pull slightly on the cable to release the lock, then guide it as it winds back into the reel.
Maintenance and Storage
Cleaning: The hose box is maintenance-free. Do not clean the interior with water.
Storage: When not in use for an extended period, store the unit in a cool, dry place.
Troubleshooting
If the cable becomes locked during the retraction or extraction process, pull out more cable to release the mechanism, then retry the operation.
