- Hardware: M5*40mm, M5*45mm, M5*50mm bolts, washers, and nuts.
Assembly Instructions
- Steering Support: Attach the steering support to the frame using M5*45mm bolts and washers.
- Seat: Fix the seat to the frame using M5*40mm bolts and washers.
- Steering Shaft: Insert the steering shaft through the turning pole. Place the front panel over the shaft.
- Front Panel: Ensure the shaft is properly inserted through the turning pole.
- Washers: Place the black plastic washers on top of the front panel.
- Steering Wheel: Position the steering wheel, insert the steering shaft through it, and secure it with 2 square washers and an M8 nut.
- License Plate: Fix the license plate to the front of the go-kart using 2 M5*50mm bolts and washers.
- Cover: Place the steering wheel cover in the center of the steering wheel.
- Final Check: Ensure all nuts and bolts are securely tightened before use.
Safe Operation & Maintenance
- Tires: Ensure tires are properly inflated before use. Use a hand pump only (maximum 30 PSI).
- Chain: Lubricate the chain frequently.
- Brake Test: Perform a brake test before every use.
- Storage: Do not store the product in direct sunlight.
- Inspection: Always inspect the product for loose parts or damage before use.
