Training Features

Heart Rate Measurement

To use, moisten the contact areas of the chest belt with water or ECG gel and wear it snugly below the chest muscles. The watch will automatically detect the signal. The heart symbol will flash when a signal is received.

Target Heart Rate

You can set training zones based on your maximum heart rate:

  • L-U: User defined.
  • L-1: Health (50-65% of max heart rate).
  • L-2: Fitness (65-80% of max heart rate).
  • L-3: Performance (80-95% of max heart rate).

Calories and Fitness

The watch calculates calories burned and fat burn based on your age, weight, and height. Ensure these are set correctly in the basic settings for accurate data. A fitness level test is available after training by pressing SET to start a 5-minute countdown.

Troubleshooting

  • Heart rate not shown: Ensure the chest belt is positioned correctly, skin is not too dry/cold, and the distance to the watch is under 70cm. Avoid interference from high voltage lines or other heart rate monitors within 2m.
  • Display unreadable/Light not working: Replace the batteries.
