The Sunny Health & Fitness Magnetic Mini Exercise Pedal Cycle is designed for indoor, home use only. Important: Do not stand on the unit. It is intended for use in a sitting position only. Ensure the equipment is placed on a solid, flat surface with at least 2 feet (60 cm) of free space around it.
Assembly Instructions
Step 1: StabilizersAttach the Rear Stabilizer (No. 14) and Front Stabilizer (No. 17) to the Main Frame (No. 1) using the provided Carriage Bolts (No. 21), Washers (No. 22), and High Cap Nuts (No. 27). Tighten securely with the included Spanner (No. 48).




Step 2: PedalsThe pedals are marked 'L' (Left) and 'R' (Right). Remove the Nylon Nuts (No. 47L & 47R) from the pedals. Align the Left Pedal (No. 7L) with the Left Crank (No. 3L) at 90 degrees and turn counter-clockwise to attach. Tighten the Left Nylon Nut (No. 47L) clockwise. Repeat the process for the Right Pedal (No. 7R) on the Right Crank (No. 3R), turning clockwise to attach and the Right Nylon Nut (No. 47R) counter-clockwise to secure.
Battery Installation & Replacement
The meter requires 1 AAA battery.

- Remove the Meter (No. 10) from the Main Frame.
- Disconnect the link wire of the Inductor (No. 38).
- Install 1 AAA battery into the case on the back of the meter, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
- Reconnect the link wire and reattach the meter to the frame.
Exercise Meter Operation
The meter tracks Speed, Time, Distance, and Calories.
- MODE: Press to select functions. Hold to reset Time, Distance, and Calories.
- SET: Adjust values for Time, Distance, and Calories when not in scan mode.
- RESET: Reset Time, Distance, and Calories.
- SCAN: Press MODE until 'SCAN' appears to rotate through all functions automatically.
The meter powers on automatically when pedals move or the MODE key is pressed. It stops calculating after 4 seconds of inactivity.
Adjustments
Tension Control: Rotate the Tension Control Knob (No. 9) clockwise to increase resistance (up to level 8) or counter-clockwise to decrease resistance (down to level 1).

Maintenance & Safety
- Regularly check that all nuts and bolts are securely tightened.
- If you hear unusual noises or find defective components, discontinue use immediately.
- Keep children and pets away from the equipment.
- Wear suitable clothing; avoid loose items that could get entangled.
