Safety

Operation

Common problems
Handle pulled past horizontal position
This can cause gear damage or slippage. Only pull the handle until it is horizontal, then return it to the top position.
Insufficient leverage
Do not use a pipe over the handle or a longer handle to increase leverage. This is dangerous and can damage the machine.
Ram rust
Keep a light film of oil over the entire surface of the ram to prevent rust.
