The installation requires careful leveling to ensure proper water drainage and professional waterproofing to prevent leaks. Assembly
Begin by attaching the mounting brackets to the drain body. Secure the brackets using the provided wing nuts and bolts. Ensure all components are aligned correctly before proceeding to the installation site.
Installation and Leveling
Place the drain in the designated area. Use a spirit level to ensure the drain is positioned with a slope of 2-3% to facilitate water flow. The drainage pipe must also maintain a minimum slope of 2.5% to ensure efficient drainage. Verify the stability of the drain body before proceeding to the next steps.
Waterproofing and Finishing
Apply a waterproofing foil layer around the drain and up the adjacent walls (up to 1.5m height). Ensure the foil is applied evenly. After tiling, apply silicone sealant around the edges of the drain to create a watertight seal. Allow the silicone to cure for at least 24 hours before using the shower.
Maintenance
