Console Operation

The console displays time, distance, speed, rhythm, calories, and heart rate. Use the START/PAUSE button to begin. Speed can be adjusted using the + and - buttons. The safety key acts as an emergency stop; removing it will immediately stop the treadmill.

Programs

There are 30 pre-installed programs categorized into Calorie Burn, Endurance, and Interval Training. Select a program when the treadmill is stopped. You can adjust the maximum speed of a selected program using the + and - buttons.

Maintenance

Perform maintenance every 200 km. If the console displays 'GO SERVICE', check belt tension, lubrication, and screw tightness. To reset the service message, insert the safety key and hold the STOP and + buttons for three seconds.

Walking Belt Tension

The tension of the running belt should be 1.7 (+/- 0.1). If the value is lower, tighten the two rear roller screws clockwise. If higher, reduce the tension by turning them anticlockwise. A half turn of the key equals 0.03.
