The Draper 230V RCD Adaptor is designed to break electrical circuits and reduce the risk of electrocution during current leakage or surges. Important: You must inspect and test the device before every use. Do not use the device if it is visibly damaged, has been dropped, or if it fails the test procedure. This device is not a substitute for normal safety precautions.
Safety Information

Operation
Follow these steps to operate the RCD adaptor safely:
- Ensure the mains outlet is switched off and insert the RCD.
- Switch the power on and press the RESET button. The RCD indicator will turn red.
- Press the TEST button. The RCD should break the electrical circuit, and the indicator will turn clear.
- If the test is successful, connect the required appliance to the RCD outlet and press the RESET button again to restore the current.
Note: The power outlet remains active until it is manually switched off.
