The Draper 90107 is a 15L wet and dry vacuum cleaner designed for workshop, garage, and home DIY use. Always ensure the correct filter is installed before operation: use the cloth filter (with optional paper bag) for dry vacuuming and the foam filter for wet vacuuming. Never use the cloth filter for liquids.
Product Overview
The vacuum consists of a motor/pump housing, a 15L tank, and various accessories. Key components include the ON/OFF switch, blower port, vacuum port, and retaining clips that secure the motor housing to the tank.

Assembly Instructions
Before assembly, ensure the unit is unplugged. Remove all accessories from inside the tank. To fit the castors, firmly press the four castors into the underside of the tank base.

Setting Up the Vacuum Cleaner
To prepare the vacuum for use:
- Release the retaining clips and lift off the motor housing.
- Install the appropriate filter: Cloth filter and paper bag for dry vacuuming; foam filter for wet vacuuming.
- Refit the motor housing and secure with the retaining clips.
- Push the flexible hose into the vacuum port, align the notch with the arrow, and turn anticlockwise to lock.
- Attach the required extension tubes and floor brush.
Operating Instructions

Dry Vacuuming
Fit the cloth filter over the filter cage, ensuring it is pushed down securely. For improved filtration, you may also fit a paper dust bag. Do not use the cloth filter for liquid vacuuming.
Wet Vacuuming
Remove the dust bag and cloth filter if fitted. Fit the foam filter by sliding the foam sleeve completely over the filter/float cage. When vacuuming large quantities of liquids, use the crevice tool and do not immerse the nozzle completely to maintain airflow. The vacuum features a float valve that will cause the motor to become noisier when the tank is full.
Blower Function
Ensure the vacuum is switched off and the tank is empty. Connect the flexible hose to the blower port at the rear of the vacuum, aligning the notch and turning anticlockwise to lock.
Maintenance and Troubleshooting
Always unplug the device before maintenance. Clean the cloth or foam filter with mild soap and water and allow to dry before refitting. Do not use abrasives or solvents. If the vacuum is not operating, check the power supply, the switch position, and ensure the tank is not full. If dust escapes from the motor housing, check that the cloth filter is correctly fitted or replaced.
