System Description
The system consists of the following main elements:
- Louver: Available in 200 mm (Cubic InsertFit 200x48) and 300 mm (Cubic InsertFit 300x48) heights, with a width of 48 mm.
- Finishing Profile: An InsertFit click profile that ensures invisible mounting.
- Side Plate (Type I): Used to close the louver ends for an aesthetic finish.
- Mounting Brackets (Optional): Load-bearing supports available in 40 mm, 80 mm, and 120 mm widths.
Technical Specifications
Materials:
- Louvers and finishing profile: Aluminum EN AW-6063 T66 (EN 573-3).
- Side plate: Aluminum.
- Fasteners: Stainless steel (AISI 304).
- Finishing: Natural anodization (15–20 μm) or Polyester powder coating (60–80 μm).
Fire Reaction: A2-s1,d0 according to EN 13501-1 (non-combustible, very limited contribution to fire, very low smoke production).
Installation
With Mounting Brackets:
- Place the nut plates in the louver using the mounting tool and lock them in the desired position.
- Screw the mounting bracket onto the louver.
- Prepare the finishing profile and click it onto the louver to hide visible fixings.
- Screw the side plates (Type I) into the screw channels of the louver.
- Screw the louvers with mounting brackets onto the provided attachment points of the support structure.
Without Mounting Brackets:
- Place the nut plates in the louver using the mounting tool and lock them in the desired position.
- Screw the louvers directly onto the provided attachment points of the support structure.
- Prepare the finishing profile and click it onto the louver profile to hide visible fixings.
- Screw the side plates (Type I) into the side plates of the louver.

The system complies with the following standards: Qualicoat Seaside type A, Qualanod, EN 573 (EN AW-6063 T66 and EN AW-6060 T66), EN 1990, EN 1991, EN 1999, and EN 13501-1.
