The Elite Gourmet 10.5L Digital Dual Zone Air Fryer Oven allows for versatile cooking with two independent zones. Parts identification
The unit consists of a main housing with a digital control panel, a frying basket, a basket rack, and a divider for separating foods. Air vents are located on the unit, and the power cord is attached at the rear.

Control panel
The control panel features independent controls for the Left and Right zones. You can adjust temperature and time for each zone individually. Preset buttons are available for common foods like fries, chicken, steak, cake, shrimp, fish, pizza, vegetables, and dehydration. The panel also includes buttons for interior lights, preheat, and the Sync Finish/Sync Cook functions.

Before first use
Remove all packaging materials. Wash the basket and rack with warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge. Wipe the interior and exterior of the main housing with a damp cloth. Ensure the unit is placed on a dry, flat, stable, and heat-resistant surface.
How to use
Prepare your food and place it in the basket. If cooking two different items, use the divider. Select the desired zone (Left or Right), choose a preset or manually adjust the temperature and time using the -/+ buttons. Press the Start/Pause button to begin. You can remove the basket during cooking to stir or flip food; the unit will automatically pause and resume when the basket is reinserted.
Sync finish and sync cook
Sync Finish: Allows you to program two different foods with different times/temperatures to finish at the same time. The unit delays the start of the zone with the shorter cooking time.
Sync Cook: A shortcut to apply the settings from the Left Zone to the Right Zone simultaneously.
Cleaning and maintenance
Unplug the unit and let it cool completely before cleaning. The basket and rack are top-rack dishwasher safe. Do not use abrasive cleansers or metal scouring pads on the nonstick surfaces. Wipe the interior and exterior of the unit with a damp cloth; do not submerge the main housing in water.
Troubleshooting
If the unit does not work, ensure it is plugged in. If food is not cooking evenly, use smaller batches or stir mid-way through the cycle. White smoke may occur if cooking oily foods or if there is built-up residue on accessories; clean accessories thoroughly after every use.
