Controls
The monitor features a simplified control panel located on the unit. The buttons perform the following functions:

- OPTION Menu: Sets OSD Language, Color Range, Prevent Blir, and restores factory defaults.
Troubleshooting
If you experience issues, check the following before contacting technical support:
- No sound/picture: Check power connection, press the POWER button, and adjust picture settings.
- Normal picture but no sound: Check volume settings and audio connections.
- Power suddenly turns off: Ensure the sleep timer is not active and check power/input connections.
- Poor picture quality: Adjust picture settings and check input connections.
- Signal out of range (VGA): Adjust resolution, horizontal frequency, or vertical frequency.
Maintenance
Ensure power is removed before performing any maintenance. Clean the screen with a soft, damp, lint-free cloth and allow it to dry before applying power. Clean the cabinet with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners on either the screen or the cabinet.

Common problems
No sound or picture
Check that the power connection is secure, press the POWER button, and adjust picture quality settings.
Normal picture but no sound
Check the volume setting and ensure the audio connection is secure.
Power is suddenly turned off
Ensure the sleep timer function is not set and check that power and input connections are secure.
Signal is out of range (VGA mode)
Adjust resolution, horizontal frequency, or vertical frequency; check if the signal cable is connected properly.
Horizontal/vertical bars or picture shaking
Check for local interference such as electrical appliances or power tools.
Before use
- Record the model and serial number for service reference.
- Do not install near significant heat sources.
- Do not use near water.
- Ensure all cables are properly stowed and not pinched.
- Provide adequate ventilation around the monitor.
- Use only attachments and accessories specified by Safety Vision.
