This monitor is designed for CCTV and general display applications. Before operating, ensure you have all accessories: power cable, power cord, remote control, and this manual. Keep the monitor in a well-ventilated area, away from heat sources, moisture, and direct sunlight. If the monitor is unused for a long period, unplug the power cord to protect against power surges.

Connection Options
The monitor features multiple input and output ports located on the back panel:


- DC12V: Power input.
- HDMI (x2): High-definition video inputs.
- VGA: Analog video input for PC connection.
- USB: Data/media interface.
- Audio In/Out: 3.5mm audio connections.
- PoE Input: Power over Ethernet input.

OSD Menu Setup
Use the buttons on the front panel or the remote control to navigate the On-Screen Display (OSD) menu:

Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues, perform these checks:
- No picture: Ensure the power plug is connected, the monitor is powered on, and brightness/contrast settings are correct.
- No sound: Check volume levels, ensure the mute function is off, and verify audio cable connections.
- Remote not working: Check batteries, ensure there is no obstruction between the remote and sensor, and verify the correct operating mode.
- Signal out of range: Adjust resolution and frequency settings on your PC.
- Unstable screen color: Check the signal cable connection or reinstall the PC video card.
Maintenance and Safety
To clean the screen, use a soft cloth dampened with a mixture of lukewarm water and a mild fabric softener or dishwashing detergent. Wring the cloth until it is almost dry before wiping. Clean the cabinet with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Always turn off and unplug the monitor before cleaning. Do not block ventilation openings and only use attachments specified by the manufacturer.
