Safety Instructions

Warning: To minimize the risk of burns, electric shock, fire, or injury:

  • Do not operate the oven when empty.
  • Do not heat sealed containers as they may explode.
  • Do not fry food in the oven; hot oil can damage parts and cause skin burns.
  • Pierce foods with heavy skins (potatoes, apples, etc.) before cooking.
  • Stir or shake the contents of baby bottles and jars, and check the temperature before serving.
  • Do not use corrosive chemicals or gases in the appliance.
  • If smoke is observed, switch off or unplug the appliance and keep the door closed to stifle flames.

Installation

The oven must be placed on a flat, stable surface capable of holding its weight. Do not place the oven where heat, moisture, or high humidity are generated, or near combustible materials. Ensure the power cord is undamaged and does not run under the oven or over hot/sharp surfaces. The electric socket must be readily accessible for emergency disconnection.

Cleaning and Care

Turn off and unplug the oven before cleaning. Keep the inside clean by wiping with a damp cloth; mild detergent may be used for stubborn stains. Clean the outside surfaces with a damp cloth. The glass tray and roller ring can be washed in warm soapy water or a dishwasher. Do not use abrasive cleaners. If steam accumulates inside or around the door, wipe with a soft cloth.

If the oven fails to operate:

  • Check that the oven is plugged in securely. If not, remove the plug, wait 10 seconds, and plug it in again.
