Installation
The hood is designed for integration into kitchen cabinetry. Ensure the cabinet has front access. The installation requires specific measurements for the wall unit hole and proper fastening. The hood can be installed in various configurations; follow the specific steps corresponding to your chosen setup.
Electrical Connection
Electrical work must be performed by a qualified electrician in compliance with local regulations. Ensure the mains voltage matches the data plate inside the hood. The power supply must be properly earthed.
Fumes Discharge
The hood can be installed as an external exhaust (suction) or internal recirculation (filtering) system. For suction, connect the outlet to an external vent using a pipe with the minimum number of bends. For filtering, ensure active carbon filters are installed and remove the check valve if present.
Operation
The hood features an electronic pushbutton panel to control motor speed (1-4) and lighting. Switch on the hood one minute before cooking and leave it running for a few minutes after finishing. The timer function allows for automatic shutdown after 15 minutes.
Maintenance
Regular maintenance is crucial for performance. Clean external surfaces every 15 days. Metal anti-grease filters should be washed at least monthly in hot water or a dishwasher at low temperatures. Active carbon filters (optional) must be reactivated every 3-4 months.
Remote Control
The hood can be operated via a remote control (433.92MHz). If multiple hoods are in the same room, a new code can be generated. The remote control allows for motor speed adjustment, light control, and timer activation.

Common problems
Hood does not work
Check if the power supply is connected and the main switch is on. Ensure electrical wires inside the hood are not disconnected.
Reduced suction performance
Clean or replace the metal anti-grease filters and check if the exhaust pipe has too many bends or is blocked.
Remote control not working
Ensure the hood is away from electromagnetic sources (e.g., microwave ovens). Re-associate the remote control with the hood.
Before use
- Check that the hood is securely fastened to the wall unit.
- Verify that the electrical system is properly earthed.
- Ensure the metal anti-grease filters are correctly installed.
- Check that the voltage matches the data plate inside the hood.
- If using in filtering mode, ensure active carbon filters are installed.
