Safety

  • Installation must be performed by qualified personnel in compliance with local regulations.
  • Do not use the hood if the power cable or components are damaged.
  • Do not modify the electrical, mechanical, or functional structure of the unit.
  • Ensure proper earthing of the electrical system.
  • Do not connect the hood to combustion exhaust ducts (boilers, fireplaces, etc.).
  • Always disconnect the power supply before cleaning or maintenance.
  • Do not leave unattended flames under the hood.
  • Supervise deep-fryers during use as overheated oil can catch fire.

Installation

The hood can be installed in various configurations. Follow the specific steps provided in the manual for your chosen setup. Ensure the wall is suitable for the weight of the hood (Tab 60: 18 kg, Tab 80: 26 kg). Use the provided mounting kit only on masonry walls; for other materials, use appropriate alternative fastening systems.

Operation

The hood features an electronic control panel:

  • Motor ON/OFF: Turns the motor on and off.
  • Speed Increase: Increases speed from 1 to 4. Speed 4 is active for a few minutes, then reverts to speed 3.
  • Speed Decrease: Decreases speed from 4 to 1.
  • Light: Turns the light on and off.
  • Timer: Auto-switch-off after 15 minutes.
  • Filter Alarm: Indicates maintenance is needed after approximately 30 hours of use. Press the timer button for 3 seconds to reset.

Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Clean external surfaces at least every 15 days using non-abrasive detergents. Do not use excessive water near the control panel.
  • Metal Filters: Wash at least once a month in hot water with dish soap or in a dishwasher at low temperatures (max 60°C) without detergent.
  • Active Carbon Filters: Replace according to the instructions provided with the filters.

Technical Support

If the control panel is unresponsive, temporarily disconnect the power supply (approx. 5 seconds) to reset the system. If the issue persists, contact your dealer or an authorized service center.
