This manual provides essential instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of the Falmec Lumen 175 Silence NRS Island range hood. Always read the safety instructions before proceeding with any installation or maintenance.

Safety Instructions
Installation must be performed by qualified personnel. Do not modify the electrical, mechanical, or functional structure of the equipment. Ensure the electrical system is properly grounded and complies with local standards. Do not connect the hood to exhaust pipes for combustion fumes (e.g., boilers, fireplaces).
Installation
The hood can be installed in various configurations: false ceiling, ceiling, and low ceiling. Always use the provided installation kit for masonry walls. For other wall types, assess alternative fastening systems based on wall strength and hood weight (58 kg).

Operation
The hood features an electronic pushbutton panel. Use the buttons to turn the motor on/off, adjust speed (1-4), control lighting, and set the 15-minute timer. If the panel is unresponsive, disconnect power for 5 seconds to reset.

Maintenance
Regular maintenance is crucial for performance. Clean external surfaces at least every 15 days. Metal anti-grease filters should be washed at least once a month in hot water with dish soap or in a dishwasher at low temperatures. Do not use abrasive or corrosive detergents.
