Important Information

This document provides installation and usage instructions for the Fiamma Kit Bars Deluxe. It is strongly recommended that the installation be carried out by qualified personnel in compliance with local regulations. Before beginning, ensure that the vehicle wall or door is sufficiently solid and suitable for anchoring the ladder. If the wall is not solid enough, it must be reinforced to guarantee the safety and load capacity of the product.

The kit includes the following components:

• Upper and Lower bars
• M6x30 bolts
• M6 nuts
• Washers (6.5x18x1.5)
• Plastic covers

Installation

Installation requires drilling into the vehicle body. Follow these steps:

1. Preparation: Verify that all parts are present and undamaged. Check the specific mounting dimensions for your vehicle model (Sprinter, Crafter, or Transit) as detailed in the diagrams.
2. Marking: Mark the drilling points on the vehicle according to the measurements provided for your specific model.
3. Drilling: Use a 6.5 mm drill bit to create the necessary holes for the mounting hardware.
4. Assembly: Secure the bars to the vehicle using the provided M6x30 bolts, washers, and nuts. Ensure all connections are tight.
5. Finishing: Attach the plastic covers to conceal the mounting points.

Safety and Maintenance

To ensure safe operation, adhere to the following guidelines:

• Speed Limits: Always comply with local speed limits and traffic laws. Adjust speed according to traffic conditions and the load being transported.
• Periodic Checks: Regularly inspect the ladder's attachment points. It is mandatory to check the tightness of all fasteners after the first few kilometers of driving and before/after any long trips.
• Modifications: Do not modify the product in any way.
• Accidents: In the event of an accident, ensure the product has not been damaged. If damage is suspected, contact your local retailer before moving the vehicle.
