This document provides installation instructions for the Fiamma Carry-Bike Kit Bars designed for Fiat Ducato vehicles (model year 2006 and later). It is strongly recommended that the installation is carried out by qualified personnel in compliance with local regulations. Always check that no parts have been damaged or deformed during transport before beginning the installation.

Ensure all components are present before starting:

• A: 2x Bars
• B: 2x Bars (main structure)
• C: 4x Protective elements
• D: 2x Covers
• E: 2x Covers
• F: 4x M6x30 screws
• G: 4x M6 nuts
• H: 4x 6.5x18x1.5 washers

Installation steps

Step 1: Preparation

Prepare the bars (A and B) as shown in the diagram. Ensure the surfaces are clean and ready for assembly.

Step 2: Component assembly

Apply the protective elements (C) to the bars (B) as indicated in the diagram. Use scissors if necessary to trim the protective material.

Step 3: Positioning on the vehicle

Position the bars on the vehicle. The distance between the bars should be 130 cm. Ensure the placement is accurate before proceeding to drilling.

Step 4: Tightening

Secure the bars to the vehicle structure. Tighten the screws to a maximum torque of 1.5 Nm. Do not exceed this torque to avoid damaging the components.

Step 5: Drilling and final securing

Using a 6.5 mm drill bit, drill the necessary holes as marked. Secure the assembly using the provided screws (F), nuts (G), and washers (H).

Step 6: Finishing

Attach the protective covers (D and E) to the ends of the bars to complete the installation.

Safety and maintenance

After installation, ensure all labels are affixed to the Carry-Bike rails as instructed. Regularly check the tightness of the screws and the integrity of the bars. If you have any doubts regarding the installation, usage, or limitations of the product, contact your dealer.
