Replacing the Fuse

If the fuse blows, it indicates an overload or short-circuit. Unplug the product and any connected strings before replacing.

  1. Grasp the plug and remove it from the receptacle. Do not unplug by pulling on the cord.
  2. Using a flathead screwdriver, slide open the fuse access cover on top of the attachment plug towards the blades.
  3. Remove the fuses carefully.
  4. Replace the fuse only with a 3 Amp, 125 Volt fuse (provided with the product).
  5. Slide the fuse access cover closed.

  1. Unplug the product.
  2. Grasp the lamp and plastic base and pull straight out of the lampholder.
  3. Replace the lamp with a 3.3 Volt, 0.066 Watt LED type lamp (provided with the product).
  4. If the new lamp base does not fit, remove the base of the burned-out lamp by straightening the leads and pulling the lamp out. Thread the leads of the new lamp through the holes in the old base, insert, and bend the leads up to touch the contacts.
