This document provides installation instructions for the Genmitsu Aluminum Bench Vise Clamp. The vise is designed to be mounted on specific CNC machine spoilboards, including the 3018PV2 and the 4040 Aluminum & MDF Hybrid Spoilboard. For technical support, contact [email protected].

- 1x Bench Vise Clamp
- 4x Clamping Columns
- 4x M4x30 Flat Head Allen Screws
- 4x M6x16 Allen Screws
- 4x Insertion Nuts
- 1x 3mm Hex Key
- 1x 6mm Hex Key
Installing the Clamping Columns
The clamping columns are used to secure shaped materials. If you are clamping rectangular materials, these columns can be omitted.
- Position the clamping columns on the vise body.
- Use the (4) M4x30 flat head Allen screws to secure the columns.
- Choose the appropriate installation holes based on the shape and size of your workpiece.
Mounting the Vise (3018PV2 Spoilboard)
To secure the vise directly to the 3018PV2 spoilboard:
- If the clamping columns are in the way, remove them before mounting.
- Align the vise with the fixing holes on the 3018PV2 spoilboard.
- Secure the vise using the (4) M6x16 Allen screws.
Mounting the Vise with Hold-Down Clamp (4040 MDF Spoilboard)
For the 4040 MDF Spoilboard, the vise is secured using the machine's hold-down clamps:
- Place the vise on the spoilboard.
- Use the hold-down clamps provided with your machine to compress the legs of the vise against the spoilboard.
- Ensure the vise is firmly held in place before starting any operation.

Common problems
Clamping columns are in the way during mounting
Remove the clamping columns before securing the vise to the spoilboard.
Clamping rectangular materials
The clamping columns are optional and can be omitted when clamping rectangular materials.
Before use
- Verify all parts are present (Bench Vise Clamp, 4x Clamping Columns, 4x M4x30 screws, 4x M6x16 screws, 4x Insertion Nuts, Hex Keys).
- Identify your spoilboard type (3018PV2 or 4040 MDF).
- Ensure you have the correct screws for your specific mounting method.
- Check that the vise is securely fastened before operation.
