This manual provides instructions for the Genmitsu 101-63-VC Vise Clamp Kit. The kit is designed to secure materials on CNC spoilboards. Key operations include securing the clamp base using the fixing screw and tightening the side screw to extend the clamping mechanism by 6mm.

The Usage Method
Follow these steps to operate the clamp:

- Secure the base: Tighten the fixing screw to secure the clamp in the desired position.
- Clamp the material: Tighten the side screw. This action causes the moving end of the clamp to extend, applying pressure to the material.
The clamp has a range of motion of 6mm.
Installation

Hybrid Spoilboard with T-Slot

- Slide the T-nut into the T-slot.
- Place the material and move the clamp to both sides of the material.
- Tighten the fixing screw to secure the clamp position.
- Tighten the side screw to clamp the material.
Aluminum/MDF Spoilboard

- Remove the T-nut from the clamp.
- Place the material and move the clamp to both sides of the material.
- Adjust the clamp position and screw the fixing screw into the hole of the spoilboard to secure the clamp.

Common problems
Ensure the side screw is tightened sufficiently to extend the moving end of the clamp.
