The GIMA Motorized Pedal Exerciser is designed for home use to assist with leg and arm exercises. It features a motorized system with adjustable speeds and a pre-set 30-minute timer. Assembly
Assembly takes approximately two minutes:
- Attach the stabilizers (D) to the main body using the provided bolts and screwdriver.
- Install the pedals (B) onto the crank arms. The right pedal is marked with an 'R' and should be tightened clockwise. The left pedal is marked with an 'L' and should be tightened counter-clockwise. Use the provided wrench to secure them.
Power connection
Connect the power adapter to the DC power socket on the device and plug it into a wall outlet.
Display panel and remote control
The device can be controlled via the panel or the remote control. The remote requires 2 AAA batteries.

- SCAN: Displays speed, time, and calories.
- START/STOP: Starts or stops the machine.
- DIRECTION: Changes the rotation direction of the pedals.
- MODE: Selects between automatic modes (P1, P2, P3) and manual mode (-HA-).
- SPEED +/-: Adjusts speed from level 1 to 6 when in manual mode.
Operation
- Connect the power.
- Press the MODE button to select the desired mode.
- In manual mode (-HA-), use the SPEED buttons to adjust the intensity.
- The device has a pre-set 30-minute timer and will stop automatically after this duration.
Exercises
The device can be used for:
- Seated leg exercises: Use a stable chair and position the machine at a comfortable distance.
- Lying down leg exercises: Ensure your lower back is supported, preferably with a cushion under the lumbar region and head.
- Arm exercises: Place the machine on a table or stable surface at a comfortable distance and use your hands on the pedals.
