Safety Information
DANGER: Always wear safety goggles and gloves to avoid personal injury during installation.
- Installation work and plumbing must be performed by qualified persons in accordance with all applicable codes and standards.
- Use this unit only for its intended purpose.
Pre-Installation
Before starting, compare all parts with the package contents list. Check the sink and faucet for any flaws or damage. If parts are missing or damaged, do not proceed with installation.
Tools Required: Phillips screwdriver, flathead screwdriver, safety goggles, gloves, pipe wrench, plier, silicone sealant, hacksaw, hammer, carpenter's level, small wooden block, and a pencil.
Installation
1. Punching out the faucet holes: Place the sink upside down on a clean surface. Use a flathead screwdriver and hammer to remove the three center knockouts by striking around the inside edge.

2. Installing the steel legs: Insert the 4 steel legs into the corner sockets. Use a small wooden block and hammer to tap the legs into the tapered sockets until secure. Do not overstrike or wiggle the legs.
3. Installing the levelers: Attach the levelers to the legs using the included bolt and nut. Hand-tighten only at this stage.
4. Installing the faucet: Apply a thin bead of silicone sealant to the underside of the putty plate. Set the faucet into the sink holes. Secure from underneath using the large washers and mounting nuts.
5. Installing the faucet hand sprayer: Insert the small washer into the hose nut and tighten the sprayer onto the spray hose. Insert the hose into the spout.
6. Attaching the quick connector: Push the quick connector from the spray hose firmly into the receiving block until it clicks. Pull down to ensure a secure connection.
7. Installing the weight and garden hose adapter: Snap the weight onto the hose at the marked "weight here" position. Optionally, install the garden hose adapter to the sprayer nozzle.
8. Installing the water supply lines: Thread the new supply lines to the faucet shanks and tighten. Do not connect to the shut-off valve yet.
9. Installing the drainage kit: Assemble the drainage components (tail-piece, wall tube, J-bend, slip nuts, washers). If the tail-piece is too long, mark it with a pencil and trim with a hacksaw. Ensure all slip nuts are tightened by hand; use a pipe wrench only if leaks occur.
10. Connecting the supply lines: Attach supply lines to the hot and cold shut-off valves. Turn on the water and check for leaks. Flush the system by running the faucet for one minute without the sprayer attached.
11. Adjusting the leg leveler: Adjust the levelers to ensure proper drainage. For added stability, you may anchor the levelers to the floor (anchors not supplied).
Care and Cleaning
For Utility Sink: Use soap or non-abrasive surface cleaner. Use isopropyl alcohol for grease, oil, paint, or ink stains. Rinse with water and wipe dry to prevent water spots. Do not use razor blades, metal scrub pads, or steel wool.
For Faucet: Wipe away water after use. Use a damp, non-abrasive sponge. Do not use polishing powder, granular cleaners, nylon brushes, or abrasive detergents.
