Quick Guide
The Hama HD10000 is a high-density lithium-polymer power bank designed for portable charging. To ensure optimal performance and safety, please note the following:
- Do not charge via PC/Notebook: Charging currents from a PC USB port may damage the port. Use a suitable wall charger.
- Do not charge and discharge simultaneously: The power bank should not be charged while it is charging another device.
- Capacity Check: Press the button on the power bank to check the current battery level.
- Storage: If storing for a long period, charge the device at least every three months.
Charging the Power Pack
You can charge the power bank using either the Micro-USB input or the USB-C input.
- Connect the included Micro-USB cable to the Micro-USB input (IN 5V/2A) and a suitable USB charger.
- Alternatively, you can charge the power bank via the USB-C input (IN 5V/2A).
- The charging process starts and ends automatically.
- Fully charge the power bank before its first use.
Charging Terminal Devices
The power bank features multiple outputs to charge your devices.

- Connection: Connect your device's charging cable to the USB-A output (OUT 5V/3A) or the USB-C output (OUT 5V/3A).
- Compatibility: Ensure the total power consumption of the connected device does not exceed 3000mA.
- Operation: Charging starts automatically once connected.
- Power Off: To stop charging and turn off the power bank, press the button twice until the LED indicators turn off.
LED Status Indicators
The four LED indicators display the remaining capacity of the power bank:
- Each LED represents 25% of the total capacity.
- If three LEDs are lit and the fourth is flashing, the power bank is at least 75% charged.
- When all four LEDs are lit, the power bank is fully charged.
Safety Instructions
- Do not open the product or continue to operate it if it becomes damaged.
- Protect the product from dirt, moisture, and overheating; use only in dry environments.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Do not drop the product or expose it to heavy shocks.
- Do not throw the battery or the product into fire.
