This coffee maker is designed for household use. Before first use, wash the carafe, lid, removable water reservoir, filter basket, and measuring scoop in hot, soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly. Always operate the unit on a flat surface away from the edge of the counter.
Parts and Features
The coffee maker includes a swing-out filter basket holder, a 12-cup glass carafe, a removable water reservoir, and a control panel. The control panel allows you to adjust brew strength, keep warm temperature, and set automatic brew times.

How to Make Coffee
- Plug the unit into an outlet.
- Set the current time using the HR and MIN buttons.
- Fill the water reservoir with the desired amount of water.
- Open the swing-out filter basket holder, insert a #4 cone filter, and add ground coffee. One tablespoon (5g) is recommended per cup.
- Close the filter basket holder.
- Select your brew strength and keep warm settings.
- Press the BREW I/O button to start the brewing cycle.
- The unit will beep when brewing is complete.
Pause and Serve: You can remove the carafe during the brewing cycle to pour a cup. The flow of coffee will stop momentarily. The carafe must be replaced within 20 seconds to prevent overflow.

Programming
Automatic Brew: Press the PROGRAM button until 19:99 flashes. Use HR and MIN buttons to set the desired brew time. Press the PROGRAM button again to activate; a green LED will illuminate.
Brew Strength: Choose between 1-4 Cups, Classic, Bold, or Robust settings.
Keep Warm: You can adjust the keep warm temperature (High, Medium, Low) and the auto-off time (up to 4 hours) using the WARM TEMP and WARM TIME buttons.
Care and Cleaning
Descaling: Clean the coffee maker at least once a month (weekly for hard water areas). Pour at least 1 pint (2 cups) of white vinegar into the water reservoir. Press the BREW STRENGTH button repeatedly to select Clean, then press BREW I/O to start. After the cycle, run 2-3 brew cycles with clean water only.

Dishwasher Safety: The carafe, lid, filter basket, and measuring scoop are dishwasher-safe. Do not use the SANI cycle. Do not put the water reservoir in the dishwasher.
Water Filter
For better-tasting coffee, use the included water filter. Soak the filter with the pod for 15 minutes in water, then assemble and place it into the opening at the bottom of the water reservoir. A symbol will appear on the display after 60 cycles to indicate the filter should be replaced.

Troubleshooting
If the filter basket overflows or coffee brews slowly, ensure you are not using too much coffee, that the coffee is not ground too finely, or that the carafe is properly seated. If the unit will not turn on, check the power connection and water reservoir level.
