This document provides essential instructions for operating the Hamilton Beach XXL Dual Stack 11L 2-Drawer Air Fryer. Before first use, clean the drawers and racks, and run the appliance empty on the highest temperature for 10 minutes to remove manufacturing residues. Ensure at least 20 cm of clearance on the sides and 50 cm above the unit for proper ventilation.

Product Overview

The appliance features two 5.5L cooking drawers (A and B), grill racks, and a central control panel. It operates on 220-240V and has a total capacity of 11L.

Using Your Appliance

The air fryer offers two cooking zones that can be operated independently or synchronized:

• DUAL Function: Synchronizes both zones to use identical temperature and time settings.
• SYNC Function: Ensures both cooking zones finish at the same time, even if they have different settings.

To cook, insert the grill racks, place food in the drawers, select a program (Fries, Wings, Steak, Shrimp, Fish, Bread, Bake, Pizza, or Veg), and adjust settings if necessary using the knob. Press START/STOP to begin.

Cleaning & Care

Always disconnect the appliance and let it cool before cleaning. Drawers and racks are dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended to maintain the coating. Wipe the exterior and heating elements with a clean, damp cloth. Do not immerse the main body in water.

Troubleshooting

• Device does not work: Check if the plug is securely inserted and try a different socket.
• Food not cooked evenly: Do not overfill the drawer (max 1/3 full). Spread food out and use the SYNC function if cooking different items.
• Smoke or smell: This is normal during the first few uses. If it persists, check for excess oil or food residue.
