Assembly Instructions
Before starting, review all safety information. Finger tighten all connections until the entire frame is assembled, then tighten with a wrench.
Frame Assembly

- Construct two End Assemblies using 3-Way Connectors, Rafters, Roof Corners, Stabilizers, Corner Legs, Corner Feet, Bolts, and Nuts.
- Construct two Middle Assemblies using 4-Way Connectors, Rafters, Roof Corners, Stabilizers, Middle Legs, Middle Feet, Bolts, and Nuts.
- Connect the End and Middle assemblies using Ridge Rails and Top Rails.
Anchoring the Frame
Once the frame is positioned, leveled, and squared:

- Use a metal bar to thread the Anchors into the ground until the loop is just above the surface.
- Insert a Wire Rope through the Anchor and Corner Foot.
- Secure the Wire Rope using a Wire Rope Clamp and tighten the nuts evenly.
- Repeat for all corners. Middle feet can also be anchored for increased stability.
Attaching Covers

- Front and Back Covers: Position covers with zippers facing outside. Remove the Ridge Rail from the 3-Way Connector, place the strap over the connector, and reattach the rail. Tighten straps to wrap flaps around the frame. Secure to Corner Legs using Ratchets.
- Top Cover: Lay the cover on the ground, slide Bottom Rails into the pocket, and tie ropes to the rails. Throw ropes over the frame, pull the cover into position, and secure corners to the outside of the Corner Legs with Ratchets.
- Final Steps: Unzip and roll up the front cover, then install Bungee Cords. Secure Bottom Rails to legs using Corner/Middle Clamps.
Maintenance
- Monthly Inspection: Check for loose ratchet tie-downs, anchors, tube connections, and rail clamps. Inspect for torn/frayed covers or ropes, and cracked/bent parts.
- Cleaning: Remove debris from the cover using a broom or mop. Clean periodically with mild soap and water. Do not use bleach or harsh abrasives.
