Charging
Before using the tool, charge the battery:
- Connect the charger's power cord to a receptacle. The pilot lamp will blink in red (1-second intervals).
- Insert the battery firmly into the charger.
- Charging begins and the pilot lamp lights continuously in red.
- When fully charged, the pilot lamp blinks in red (1-second intervals).
Operation
The tool features a clutch dial for torque adjustment, a shift knob for speed selection (High/Low), and a forward/reverse selector. Ensure the switch is in the off position before changing settings or mounting bits.
Safety Warnings
- Work area: Keep clean and well-lit.
- Electrical: Do not expose to rain or wet conditions.
- Battery: Use only specified chargers and battery packs. Do not short-circuit or expose to fire/excessive heat.
- Operation: Hold the tool securely. Use the correct tool for the application.
Maintenance and Inspection
- Inspect the tool for dullness; sharpen or replace as needed.
- Regularly check all mounting screws for tightness.
- Keep the motor winding clean and free from oil or water.
- Clean the exterior with a soft, dry cloth or soapy water. Do not use solvents.
- Store in a cool, dry place (below 40°C) out of reach of children.
Troubleshooting
If the tool does not operate normally, check the following:
- Tool doesn't run: Check battery charge and secure attachment.
- Tool stopped suddenly: Check for overload or overheating. Allow to cool.
- Bits fall out: Ensure the bit matches the chuck diameter (1.5 mm to 13 mm).
- Pilot lamp blinks rapidly: Check for foreign matter in the battery terminal.

Common problems
Tool suddenly stopped
Tool was overburdened or overheated. Release the switch, remove the cause of overload, or allow the tool/battery to cool.
Pilot lamp blinks rapidly (red)
Battery not inserted fully or foreign matter in the terminal. Insert firmly or remove foreign matter.
Battery takes a long time to charge
Extremely low temperature, blocked charger vents, or cooling fan failure. Charge in a warmer environment or contact an authorized service center.
Before use
- Ensure the work area is clean and well-lit.
- Check that the battery is fully charged.
- Verify the correct bit is securely mounted in the keyless chuck.
- Ensure the forward/reverse selector is in the correct position.
- Check that the clutch dial is set to the appropriate torque setting.
- Confirm the shift knob is set to the desired speed (High/Low).
