The Hollyland SYSCOM 1000T is a full-duplex wireless intercom system utilizing DECT protocol technology. It is designed for professional use in studios, stage events, filmmaking, and live broadcasting. The system supports up to 8 beltpacks simultaneously with a transmission range of up to 1000ft (300m) in a clean line of sight.

The standard package includes the base station, 8 beltpacks, 9 professional dynamic LEMO single-ear headsets, 6 high-gain base station antennas, 8 USB Type-C cables, 1 AC power cable, 1 3-pin XLR gooseneck microphone, 1 user manual, and 2 multi-port USB chargers. Product Interfaces
The base station features multiple inputs and outputs, including DC power, 3-pin XLR for gooseneck microphones, 3.5mm headphone interface, LEMO headset interface, Tally control interface, and USB ports for debugging and beltpack registration. The beltpack includes an antenna, power/volume knob, 3.5mm and LEMO headset interfaces, menu/confirm buttons, and a mute/talk switch.
Installation
To set up the base station, install the antennas, plug in the gooseneck microphone, and mount the unit in a 1U cabinet. For beltpacks, connect the headset, turn on the power, and ensure the status changes from LOST to MUTE. Use the MUTE/TALK button to switch modes. The system supports Tally functionality by connecting the DB25 output on the base station to a switcher.
Beltpack Menu Functions
Access the root menu by long-pressing the OK button for three seconds. Key functions include: Pair for beltpack registration, Application to select between Quiet or Noisy environments, Tally Set to toggle Tally display, Brightness for screen adjustment, Battery for power and firmware info, and Information for system status like RSSI and firmware version.
Troubleshooting
If experiencing poor audio, check antenna tightness, transmission range, and headset impedance. If the base station cannot display beltpack information, ensure the beltpack is within range or re-register if the status shows NULL. For Tally issues, verify the switcher type and Tally converter settings.
Technical Specifications
The system operates on a 1.9GHz frequency bandwidth with GFSK modulation. The base station supports 10-20V DC or 100-240V AC input. Beltpacks are powered by a 4000mAh polymer lithium battery providing over 8 hours of runtime. The operating temperature range is 0 to +45 degrees Celsius for the base station and 0 to +40 degrees Celsius for beltpacks.
Practical help
Common problems
Poor Audio Quality
Check if beltpack antennas are tightened. Ensure the beltpack is within range and there are no obstacles. Avoid using non-standard 4-stage 3.5mm headsets due to impedance differences.
Base Station Cannot Display Beltpack Information
Check antenna connections. If 'LOST' appears, move the beltpack closer. If 'NULL' appears, the beltpack needs to be re-registered using a USB Type-C cable.
No Sound between Base Station and Beltpack
Check if the 'REMOTE MIC KILL' button on the base station is active (red light). Ensure the beltpack is not in 'MUTE' mode and the headset is worn correctly with the mic within 10cm of the mouth.
Tally Function Unavailable
Verify switcher compatibility. Ensure the Tally converter level switch (High/Low) matches the switcher requirements. Confirm the Tally converter is connected to the correct USB Type-A port.
Before use
- Install all antennas on the base station.
- Charge beltpacks using the provided USB charger.
- Connect the gooseneck microphone to the base station.
- Ensure the beltpack is within the 1000ft line-of-sight range.
- Verify headset connection (LEMO or 3.5mm).
