The Husky 13-Inch Multi-Flooring Cutter is designed for cutting vinyl plank, VCT, laminate, hybrid, and engineered wood. It is not suitable for bamboo, solid wood, or materials with similar hardness. Always operate on a firm surface, wear work gloves and eye protection, and keep the tool away from children. The blade is extremely sharp; never place fingers near the cutting edge.

- M8 Hex Key (E)
- M8*45 Socket Head Screws (2) (F)
- M8*12 Socket Head Screw (1) (G)

Installation

- Align work table: Insert the Work Table (A) into the aluminum slot of the Cutter Assembly (B).
- Install work table: Secure the Work Table (A) to the Cutter Assembly (B) using the hardware set (E, F & H).
- Install handle: Attach the Handle (C) to the handle connector using the hardware set (E, G & H).
- Install guiding bar: Attach the Guide Bar (D) to the Work Table (A) by inserting the two screws into the provided holes.
- Lock the cutter: Remove straps and blade sheath, press down the handle, and lock the red latch.
Operation
Straight Cut
- Place the guide bar at the 90-degree position.
- Press the handle all the way down, then unlock the red latch.
- Carefully lift the handle up.
- Place flooring between the cutting blade and the base, ensuring it is flush against the guide bar.
- Push the handle down to cut the flooring.
Diagonal Cut
- Use the 30° and 45° angle guides on the work table to adjust the guide bar to the desired position.
- Place flooring between the cutting blade and the base, ensuring it is flush against the guide bar.
- Push the handle down to cut the flooring.
Maintenance
To prevent surface corrosion and ensure smooth operation, apply a small amount of light machine oil to the sliding parts. Lubricate every two months, or monthly if operating in dirty or dusty environments. Clean surfaces thoroughly before applying oil.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues, check the following:
- Cutter leaves a jagged edge: The blade may be dull, or the material may be moving during the cut. Ensure the material is held firmly against the guide bar. Resharpen or replace the blade if necessary.
- Unable to cut material: The material may not be suitable for this cutter. Review the safety information to confirm compatibility.
- More force required than usual: The blade may be dull, or the tool lacks maintenance. Use a honing stone to touch up the blade or lubricate the sliding parts.
