Important Information from the Manual

This manual provides assembly and care instructions for the Studio Italia 73 LOFT 160cm TV board. Assembly should be performed by two people to avoid damage or injury. Before starting, verify all parts against the parts list and prepare a soft surface, such as a blanket or cardboard, to protect the floor and the furniture during assembly.

Parts List

The package includes various panels (numbered 1-22) and hardware components (labeled A-Y). Ensure all parts are present before beginning the assembly process.

Assembly Instructions

The assembly is divided into 26 steps. Key procedures include:

• Preparation: Inserting dowels (B) and cam locks (C) into the panels.
• Structure: Connecting the main panels using screws (Q, G) and cam locks (C).
• Drawer Installation: Attaching drawer rails (N) and assembling the drawer components (14-19).
• Wall Mounting: Using brackets (Y-1) and wall anchors (W) to secure the unit to the wall. Ensure the wall condition is suitable and free of electrical or water lines before drilling.

Drawer Adjustment

If the drawer front needs alignment, loosen the screws on the slide rails and shift the rails upward or downward as needed to achieve the correct position.

Drawer Removal

To remove the drawer, follow the illustrated steps using the provided tool (Part H) to release the mechanism.

Care and Cleaning

The TV board features a high-quality ceramic surface. Follow these guidelines to maintain its appearance:

• Cleaning: Use a soft, clean cloth and commercially available glass cleaner for dust and light soiling.
• Stains: For stubborn stains, use a mild scouring agent or an eraser sponge.
• Protection: While the surface is heat-resistant, avoid placing hot objects like pans directly on the ceramic. Use pads or coasters to prevent scratches and stains.
• Placement: Keep the unit away from direct heat sources like radiators or stoves and avoid direct sunlight.
