This manual provides assembly and care instructions for the Invicta Interior 47814 TV-Board. Assembly requires two people to avoid damage or injury. Ensure you have a clear, protected workspace (use a blanket or cardboard) before beginning. The unit has a maximum load capacity of 15kg.

Parts List

Before starting, verify all components are present. The parts list on page 2 details components 1-18 and hardware A-Y. If any parts are missing or damaged, contact your dealer with photos of the issue and the packaging.

Assembly Instructions

Follow these steps in order to assemble the unit:

• Steps 1-2: Prepare panels 1-6 by inserting dowels (B) and cam bolts (A).
• Steps 3-4: Attach rails (N) to panels 5 and 6 using screws (V1).
• Steps 5-6: Assemble the main frame using panels 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, and 11. Secure with cam locks (C) and screws (Q).
• Steps 7-8: Attach the top panel (1) to the frame using cam locks (C).
• Step 9: Install decorative covers (D) over cam locks.
• Steps 10-12: Attach hinges (I3) to doors (12) and mount them to the unit.
• Step 13: Adjust drawer/door alignment by loosening screws and shifting rails as needed.
• Steps 14-15: Assemble the drawer components (13-18) using hardware (O, P).
• Steps 16-17: Attach drawer rails (N-2) and insert the drawer into the unit.
• Step 18: Use tool (H) to remove or adjust the drawer if necessary.
• Step 19: Attach back panels (E).
• Steps 20-21: Mount the unit to the wall using brackets (Y-1) and screws (V3, W). Ensure no power or water pipes are behind the drilling points.

Care and Maintenance

The furniture features a high-quality ceramic surface. Follow these guidelines to maintain it:

• Cleaning: Use a soft, clean cloth and commercially available glass cleaner.
• Stains: For stubborn stains, use a mild scouring agent or eraser sponge.
• Heat Protection: While ceramic is heat-resistant (fired at 800°C), do not place hot objects like pans directly on the surface to avoid damage from spontaneous heat.
• Prevention: Use coasters or pads to prevent scratches and stains.

Safety Information

Always ensure the unit is placed on a level, stable surface. Do not climb or stand on the furniture. Keep small parts and packaging materials away from children. Regularly check that all screws are tight to prevent injury or damage.
